Artist Trading Cards

Recently I posted some new ATC swaps over at The Paper Passion.  It had been so long since I'd done an Artist Trading Card, I wasn't sure I remembered how!

I did two atc's for the At The Core of it All swap.  The idea is to use Core'dinations cardstock.  Above, I used a piece of Core cardstock with a pink coloured core for my background.

On my second atc, I used Core cardstock for my orange bird.

I also did two different atc's for the 'Mystified' atc swap.  The idea for this swap was too use some sort of mist on your card.

On the first one (above), I used October Afternoon mist with Pink Paislee Artisan paper to create my star.  I also dropped splats of gray mist on it as well.

On the second 'mist' atc I went a little crazy.. I used it on the backgound pattern paper, the shoe tag, AND the butterfly before punching it out.

And last but not least, the 'Sweet As Honey' atc swap.  The idea of this one was to take the word honey, and run with it!

I chose to use a new hexagon die for this one.. it makes me think of honey comb.  I also added in some bits of honey coloured pattern paper, and a honey coloured cardstock base.

Now I look forward to seeing what everyone else comes up with!
